Native Botanical Brewery proudly featured its flagship Lemon Myrtle Ginger Beer at Allianz Stadium over the weekend as part of the Gadhu Gathering, a celebration of First Nations culture, connection, and community.
Across three days of matches and cultural events, fans had the opportunity to enjoy a First Nations–owned craft beverage brewed on Darkinjung Country, now available at one of Australia’s premier sporting venues.
“Seeing our Lemon Myrtle Ginger Beer served at Allianz Stadium is a milestone. Not only for our team, but for Indigenous-owned businesses across the country,” said Corey Grech, Founder at Native Botanical Brewery. “It shows there’s a real appetite for quality, locally crafted products that celebrate native ingredients.”
The Gadhu Gathering highlights the depth and vibrancy of First Nations contributions to Australian sport, music, and culture. For Native Botanical Brewery, participation signals growing recognition of Indigenous suppliers within major venues and events.
“Opportunities like this help open doors for more First Nations brands,” added Grech. “It’s about representation, inclusion, and proving that products made on Country can stand proudly alongside any in the market.”
Native Botanical Brewery continues to expand its presence in venues, festivals, and retail outlets, driven by a mission to share the flavour and story of Australia’s native botanicals.
