Our founder, Corey Grech, a proud Gamilaraay and Wonnarua man, crafted Native Botanical Brewery for Australians who crave a taste that's genuinely home-grown. Tired of the same old flavours dominating the shelves, Corey set out to create something that wasn't just unique, but that also resonated with the soul of the land — beverages steeped in the untamed spirit of Australia, from zesty non-alcoholic ginger beers, to rich complex coffees and crisp lagers.
"It all started with memories of my family gatherings," Corey recalls.
"The laughter, the stories, and, of course, the flavours that came from kitchens of my family. We’d use Lemon Myrtle, Wattleseed, and other bush foods which transformed ordinary dishes into something magical. I wanted to bottle that magic."
